Terms & Conditions of Entry

1.      Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.

2.      To be deemed an eligible entry, entrants must be entitled to live in New Zealand and have completed and submitted a New Enrolment Form to an Early Childhood Education (ECE) Centre owned and operated by Evolve Education Group Centres Limited (Evolve) before the promotion end date (11:59pm NZST on 28/02/2026), with the commitment for their child to start at an Evolve Centre before 30 March 2026.

3.      If entrants have been enrolled in an Evolve Centre within the prior 6 months, their entry is deemed ineligible.

4.      The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or ineligible entries.

5.      Centres owned and operated by Evolve, and therefore included in this promotion, operate under the brands Active Explorers, Lollipops, Learning Adventures, Little Wonders, Pascals, Little Earth Montessori and Little Lights.

6.      The promotion commences on 01/01/2026 at 12.01am NZST. Entries close at 11.59pm NZST on 28/02/2026.

7.      Three (3) prizes are available in total. One (1) prize in each of the following regions:

a.      Auckland, defined as all centres north of, and including Waiuku; and

b.     North Island excluding Auckland, defined as all Centres south of Waiuku through to and including Wellington; and

c.      South Island, defined as all Centres in the South Island.

8.      Each prize consists of Free Childcare for One (1) Year for one (1) child at an ECE Centre owned and operated by Evolve.

9.      Free Childcare for One Year is defined as a maximum of 52 weeks continuous care based on a Full Week enrolment (excluding any third party or co-payment entitlement for example ECE funding or Work & Income contributions). A Full Week enrolment and the associated hours and fees are outlined in the Fee Schedule agreed to at the time of enrolment.

10. The Free Childcare for One Year period will commence no later than Monday 30 March 2026 and will run for 52 consecutive weeks from the start date agreed with the winners.  After the Free Childcare for One Year period expires, normal fees will apply as outlined in the Fee Schedule current at that time.

11. One entry will be drawn randomly from each of the prize regions on 02/03/2026 at Level 15, 16 Kingston Street, Auckland CBD. The Promoters decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. The three winners will each win one prize of Free Childcare for One Year for one child as defined in these terms and conditions of entry.

13. The three winners will be notified by phone and email using the primary contact phone number and email address held on file as supplied by the entrant on their child’s enrolment form or updated thereafter.

14. If winners cannot be contacted by Monday 16/03/2026, a redraw will take place for the region where the original winner was not able to be contacted.

15. If, during the Free Childcare for One Year period, the winner transfers their child to a different ECE Centre that is owned and operated by Evolve, the balance of the prize can be transferred to the new Evolve Centre.

16. If, during the Free Childcare for One Year period, the winner unenrolls their child, or breaches the terms of enrolment, the balance of the prize will be forfeited from the date of such event.

17. If, during the Free Childcare for One Year period, the Evolve Centre the child is enrolled at ceases operation, the prize is transferrable to another Evolve Centre. If a transfer is not possible or accepted, the balance of the prize is forfeited.

18. Winners will be announced on the Evolve Education website, 7 days after successfully contacting the winners directly.

19. By entering this promotion, winners agree that their name and photo may be used Evolve and its associated brands, for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media and website announcements.

20. The prize is not transferable to another person or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

21. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion, including the prize and these terms and conditions of entry.

22. The Promoter collects entrant’s personal information for the purposes of child enrolment. This data will also be used to conduct this promotion. All information gathered will be used and held for the purposes outlined in these terms and conditions and subject to Evolve’s privacy policy which can be viewed here: https://www.evolveeducation.co.nz/privacy-statement/

23. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any costs, expenses, losses and damages suffered or incurred by the entrant, including any liability for personal injury or death or loss of business opportunity or liability due to negligence of the Promoter or its personnel, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in connection with these terms and conditions or the conduct of the promotion (including, without limitation, in connection with, participation in the promotion by the entrant, the prize, the unavailability of any prize, any tax liability incurred by the entrant; or any variation in the value of the prize.
